Samsung Galaxy Note 20: Release date, rumours, specs and leaks

Samsung is preparing to launch its next Galaxy devices, with the traditional update to the Samsung Galaxy Note series, a launch which has taken place in August for the last couple of years.

We're expecting a regular size Samsung Galaxy Note 20 as well as the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, the larger model.

Here's everything we have heard so far about the Galaxy Note 20 series.

Samsung has confirmed its next Galaxy Unpacked event will take place online on 5 August where we're expecting to see the launch of five devices - including the new Note 20 models.

A South Korean media report claims the series will be available from 21 August, which if true, means preorders are likely to start straight after the event on 5 August.

In terms of price, we'd expect Samsung to launch the Note 20 devices around the same prices as their predecessors. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 starts at £869 or $949 and the Note 10+ starts at £999 or $1099, although the standard Note 20 might be positioned slightly lower to keep the costs down and the Note 20 Ultra slightly higher.
